Moneyweb Holdings is a public company whose shares are listed in the Media sector of the JSE Securities Exchange. It is an integrated media company focusing on producing independent, high quality investment information. Roughly half of the company's revenues are generated by its Internet properties; the balance is divided almost equally between radio and print.

The company's flagship local Internet brand is Moneyweb.co.za, South Africa's dominant online source of investment information. Around half of the online revenue is generated by the company's international brand Mineweb.com, the dominant global source of mining-related news. Headquartered in Johannesburg, Mineweb.com has offices in New York, Perth and London. The company also has a presence in the UK through its ownership of one of the world's oldest personal finance-focused websites, Moneyweb.co.uk.

Moneyweb Holdings produces South Africa's leading radio business programme, the Moneyweb Power Hour, an hour long live show broadcast in prime time every weekday evening. It is broadcast from Moneyweb's studio at its Rosebank, Johannesburg offices. The programme is broadcast nationally on Radio 2000. We broadcast the country's only national hour-long Afrikaans business programme; Geldsake met Moneyweb on Radio Sonder Grense.

The company is also South Africa's leading publisher of investment newsletters, with its flagship Personal Finance approaching 20 years are the top selling financial newsletter. Moneyweb publishes Moneyweb Business, an insert in the Citizen newspaper, running to a minimum of eight pages daily (including stock exchange prices pages etc).
