The following describes the Conditions on which PSG Online Solutions (Proprietary) Limited ("Online Solutions") offers you, the user ("you") access to the website www.psg-online.co.za, its contents (together "this / the website") and the use thereof.

All content made available on this website and the manner in which it has been offered is protected by both national (South African) and international copyright law and convention and all ownership, intellectual property rights and title vest with PSG Online Solutions (Proprietary) Limited.    1. The content of the website is provided by Online Solutions with the intention of enabling you to make informed investment decisions. Online Solutions reserves the right to change the content, presentation, facilities and availability of any part of the services rendered by it on the website, in its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to refer to the changes, which will come into effect immediately on posting. The monthly fee payable by you, as a registered user, serves as consideration for access to the website which enables you to view the information provided on the website by Online Solutions and thereafter purchase and sell financial instruments through the mechanism provided on the website. 4. Security & Privacy

5. Regulatory Environment

The entity that will execute share trades made through the website is PSG Online Securities Limited, who is a member of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") and is therefore governed by the Rules of the JSE ("the Rules"). The Rules are in turn issued by the JSE in terms of the Stock Exchanges Control Act (No. 1 of 1985) ("the Act"). In light of the aforementioned, you hereby acknowledge that you are familiar with the Rules and the Act and hereby acknowledge that you will, at all times during your use of the website, accede to the terms and conditions thereof.

   2. The contents of the Rules and the Act are hereby incorporated herein by reference. 

6. No Warranty 

   1. Online Solutions provides the website on an "as is" basis and without any warranty or condition, express or implied.

   2. Online Solutions has taken all commercially reasonable measures to ensure the integrity of the website and no warranty is given that any material downloaded from the website is free of viruses, bugs, or the like that may have the ability to corrupt the operation of your computer system.
